10 years after the construction of a new Clubhouse, Royal Melbourne Golf Club sought to address the deficiencies in the member and guest arrival experience at the ‘Golfing’ entry to the Clubhouse and course.

The major refurbishment of this area included transforming an open Breezeway into an internal, well appointed transition zone, major upgrading of the men’s locker room and amenities, enlargement of the Pro Shop and creation of a new undercover staging area for bags and buggies.

Additional structures were constructed for storage of an increasing number of electric buggies and motorized carts. Major landscape works undertaken to complete the entry experience and produces shade throughout the large carpark.
