Welcoming our next generation of leaders

We are delighted to announce our next generation of leaders by elevating and appointing four members to the senior leadership team.

These appointments mark a significant milestone in our growth and development as a practice, recognising their commitment to design excellence, client service and thought leadership while nurturing a culture of impact and care. As we embark on the next chapter of the practice, we are confident that this expanded leadership team will continue to embrace our vision of 'values-based design'.

Tom Crocker - Director

With his wealth of global experience and exceptional strategic insight, Tom Crocker has been promoted to the position of Director. Tom's visionary thinking and dedication to delivering world-class projects will be invaluable to the development of the practice.

Starting his journey as a work experience student back in 2002, Tom returned to McIldowie Partners in 2022 after working with firms in New York, London & Sydney. Tom draws his education and community-focused expertise from his time as an Associate at Robert A. M. Stern Architects in New York, working on projects for Harvard University, the University of Alabama and James Madison University and later as Design Director for WeWork Asia-Pacific. We are excited for Tom to play an integral role in our success, and we are confident that his leadership will guide us to even greater heights.
