McIldowie Partners have, over a period of 15 years, built a strong working relationship with the South Haven Group.  As a developer, South Haven seek to purchase, refurbish and retain key office buildings outside the Melbourne CBD.

The refurbishment of 35 Cotham Road included the addition of entire lightweight floor, provision of new services, ceilings, floor finishes and amenities and installation of car stackers and mobile platforms to satisfy stringent council parking requirements.

Verdant landscaping by Eugene Gilligan completes the transformation of a 1980’s developer building into Kew’s premier office building.
